Second-Hand Purchases

XO Atelier fragrances are guaranteed for quality and authenticity only when purchased directly from XO Atelier or through an authorized sales channel.

Once a product has been resold or transferred to another party, XO Atelier cannot verify how the fragrance has been stored, handled, or altered. For this reason, XO Atelier is not responsible for any issues related to authenticity, quality, condition, or performance of fragrances purchased through second-hand sales or unauthorized sellers.

Customers who choose to purchase XO Atelier fragrances through second-hand marketplaces or private sales do so at their own discretion and risk.

Ingredients and Formulation Disclosure

XO Atelier fragrances are composed of perfumer’s alcohol, fragrance compounds, aroma molecules, and other cosmetic-grade ingredients. Full ingredient listings are provided on product packaging or product pages where applicable.

Exact formulations are proprietary and protected.

Brand Protection

XO Atelier products may not be altered, diluted, relabeled, rebottled, repackaged, or otherwise modified for resale or redistribution.

Any attempt to copy, replicate, reverse engineer, or commercially reproduce XO Atelier fragrance formulations, branding, packaging, product concepts, or written content is strictly prohibited.

Fragrance Safety and Use

XO Atelier fragrances are for external use only.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or an adverse reaction occurs. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or irritated skin.

Keep all fragrance products out of reach of children and pets.

Flammability Warning

XO Atelier fragrances contain alcohol and fragrance oils and are flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and ignition sources. Do not use near fire or while smoking.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, responsibility for loss, damage, or theft, and replacement eligibility are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase with XO Atelier, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for delivered orders.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable method of return or dispute. Customers must contact XO Atelier directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a dispute with their payment provider.

Unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks, including claims of non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery, will be formally disputed with evidence, including order confirmation, delivery records, and acceptance of these Terms of Service at checkout.

XO Atelier reserves the right to permanently restrict future purchases from customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product names, descriptions, imagery, formulations, and written materials are the exclusive intellectual property of XO Atelier and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Enforcement of Terms

XO Atelier reserves the right to enforce these Terms of Service to the fullest extent permitted by law. Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, refusal of future service, and potential legal action where applicable.

XO Atelier may also pursue removal of unauthorized listings, including through marketplace intellectual property complaints, cease-and-desist notices, or takedown requests.

XO Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XO Atelier’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
